Koen Sandwich Boulette avec Chourouge et Chouxblanc from Viva M’Boma Ok I have to admit, this is the first time I repeat myself on this blog but the boulette/chourouge/chouxblanc is just too good not to eat several times a  month. The chemistry of this sandwhich just works. You have the sweet and the vinaigre together with these lovely homemade boulettes. It’s just a classic sandwich. Price €3.25
