Koen Crabburger from Noordzee Today we went to good old Noordzee and I tried the Crabburger. Mhm mhm mhm what a feast. It’s like a deepfried piece of crabmeat with 2 slices of their delicious cylinder bread. (I asked and apparently it comes from a bakery in Jette called “Enes”). They serve it with some slices of tomato, some cresson and a home-made tartare sauce. I think I discovered another favorite of mine. Price: €4,50
