Noah Boeuf aux Haricots Noir from Au Bon Bol Sorry about the blurry picture, I was obviously shaking with anticipation as this dish tastes so damn good. Au Bon Bol is an seriously authentic noodle joint, you can watch them make the noodles in the front window. It’s a great place to sit in and eat, but they also have a very good value daily lunch special. Thursday is one of my favourites, the fermented black beans in the sauce are just delicious!
