Noah Crevettes aux Truffe Sandwich from Noordzee Today I resisted the call of the Kibbelings and went for a shrimp salad sandwich. It was a very interesting combination of ingredients I thought - shrimps, small pieces of cauliflower, green onions, and a sprinkling of truffle flakes, all mixed up with mayonnaise - and it tasted very good. The bread was a little bit “stodgy” so I think next time i’ll have it on two tartines or soft rolls. That is, of course, if I can yet again resist the sweet call of the Kibbelings… Price: €3,50
