The USA from Viva M’Boma:
More like a Belgian in an Italian suit, the “americaine nature” (ground prepared steak) is perfectly complemented by the slightly sharp basil infused olive oil and good strong grated parmesan. It is topped off with roquette lettuce which makes it healthier I suppose. Very satisfying.
