Koen Ne Brusseleir from Viva M’Boma: A “Brusseleir” is just an explosion of flavours in your mouth. A bit sweet and sour like. You have a boudin blanc in a sandwhich together with red and white cabage, applecompote, mosterd. The vinagar from the cabage goes really well with the sweet from the apple-compote. Great sandwich an a cold day. Price: €3,25
